In the morning the breakfast buffet offers a wide palette of dishes, many sourced from biological, regional or fairtrade sources, for a healthy and vital start to your day.
Our restaurant offers international and vegetarian cuisine. We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs, simply let us know.
Savour a gourmet experience
Daily as of 6:00 pm we welcome you to our gourmet Restaurant Schloss Heinsheim. On the terrace, with view on the beautiful trees, you can dine in delectable style. The restaurant offers a well varied selection of dishes, gourmet regional and European cuisine with ingredients from the region.
In the lounge with fireplace we are happy to serve you small snacks, an aperitif and other specialities of our wine and drinks selection.
Our Chef de Cuisine
Following his training at the Bayrischer hof in Munich, our chef Erwin Hartl attained his first Michelin star together with Gerhard Pfundner in Switzerland.
After this he took over the restaurant ”La Fincha” in Spain, that was also decorated with a Michelin Star. In his further career he worked in the ”Schweizer Stuben” (Germany, 3 Stars, Jörg and Dieter Müller) and in the Restaurant ”Zur Traube” (2 Michelin Stars, Dieter Kaufmann).
Now back in his home Region he is delighted to prepare for you a selection of innovative and fresh dishes.
